At Mama Organyka, we believe in fair and honest service. Our goal is to ensure that every customer has a smooth shopping experience, and you never lose your money for any mistake on our part. If something goes wrong, please reach out to us. We’ll make it right.
Shipping Speed
For domestic buyers within India, orders are shipped via registered domestic couriers and/or standard postal services.
Please allow 1–3 working days for dispatch. Most orders are shipped the next working day, once payment and stock confirmation are completed.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. During busy festive or sale periods, dispatch times may take a little longer.
We assign the best courier partner based on your delivery location. If there’s any unexpected delay, we’ll contact you for approval.
Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. If you need help with tracking, please email us at contact@mamaorganyka.com.
Refused or Undelivered Orders
Please note that once an order is shipped, refusing delivery will make it ineligible for return as per our return policy. However, if the delivery fails due to a courier issue, you will not be charged, and the full order amount will be refunded.
Order Cancellation (by Customer)
Order cancellations are possible only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel, please go to your account on our website or email us at contact@mamaorganyka.com.
Order Cancellation (by Mama Organyka)
Mama Organyka reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or any other unforeseen issue. If your payment has been made, a full refund will be processed, and you’ll be informed immediately.
If the delay or non-delivery happens due to incorrect address details or the recipient being unavailable, any re-delivery cost will be borne by the customer.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no extra cost. Please inform us within 7 days of receiving the order.
For transit damage, kindly send us clear photos within 24 hours of delivery at contact@mamaorganyka.com, or contact the customer care number mentioned on the product label.
To request a replacement, please email us your Order Number or Invoice Copy along with the reason for return. Wait for our confirmation before sending the product back.
Products Lost in Transit
If your order is lost in transit and never reaches you, you’ll receive a full refund. We wait 30 days from the expected delivery date before confirming a “lost in transit” case.
Return Shipping
For returns due to transit damage, defects, or wrong products, we’ll arrange a free pickup from your address. Please pack the product safely and attach the return label we provide.
If we’re unable to schedule a pickup, you may courier it to us using a trackable service. Mama Organyka is not responsible for loss or damage during self-return shipping. Refund of courier charges will be confirmed before you send the package.
Once we receive your return, we’ll ship your replacement within 5 working days. If replacement isn’t possible, we’ll issue a refund instead.
There are no extra shipping charges for replacement deliveries.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for your order within 7 working days. Refunds are usually initiated within 48 hours of confirmation from our team. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–7 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
